Add your architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to the vendor dropdown menus. These will auto-populate across all projects.

Add Property Addresses
Enter each property address in the Property List tab. This becomes your master tracking sheet.

Move Properties Through Tabs
As projects progress, move property addresses through the tabs: Escrow → Development → Construction Loan → Permit Issued.

Update Status Dropdowns
Select status for each task: Submitted, In Review, Corrections Required, RTI (Ready to Issue), or Completed.
