siftAO is committed to making our real estate data platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies.

1. Conformance Target

We aim to meet the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard. New interface code is built to that bar, and existing components are being remediated on a rolling basis.

2. How We Enforce It

Automated accessibility linting (the recommended eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y rule set) runs as a build-time error gate, so accessibility regressions block our deploys.
Semantic HTML, keyboard-operable controls, and visible focus are treated as requirements, not enhancements.

3. Known Limitations

Some data-dense views — notably the interactive maps and large dashboard tables — are still being brought fully into line with our target. We are actively working on these areas and welcome reports of specific barriers.
